One of our very favorite hosteling locations is the flying pig beach hostel located in Amsterdam. Location is full of fun adventurous travelers and you will enjoy your stay as long as you try the special brownies! You can even take their free shuttle into the city daily. The hostel is right on the beach and you can also enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, surfing, indoor snowboarding, and indoor and outdoor ice skating during the winter months. This place is great to stay. They feature party nights with the cheapest beer in town daily and nightly. Flying Pig hostel offers 24 hour access with no curfew or lockout times. They have free internet service. They also provide a free breakfast with your stay at the hostel. This is a great hostel and very close to the city of amsterdam.
